Your access to bigbaazi and the applicability of these terms depend entirely on whether such access is lawful in your specific location within India. Where local law permits access, these terms form the binding agreement between you and us from the moment you create an account.

When you deposit via UPI, Paytm or PhonePe, we receive a transaction reference and confirmation of amount from the payment processor. We do not store your full UPI handle or Paytm credentials on our servers — only the masked identifiers needed to verify the transaction and link it to your account.

Contact our support team by email with the subject line 'Data Access Request' from your registered email address. We will verify your identity and deliver a structured export of your personal data within 30 days. There is no charge for a standard request.

You may request account closure and data deletion at any time. We will close your account and anonymise your personal data once all open bets are settled and any outstanding balance is returned to your verified payment method. Some records must be retained for the period required by applicable law before deletion.
